We have all experienced those moments in life where we get derailed by an unforeseen event or change in circumstance. The road to success is full of obstacles and set-backs, and no matter where you want to go, you will often find yourself handling disappointment, facing adversity and trying to survive high stress situations. When the challenges come, do you see them as opportunities or threats? Consider, for a moment, that how we respond to life's misfortunes and setbacks can determine if we find the success and fulfillment that we desire. A sudden change in job status, an unfavorable medical diagnosis, the loss of a loved one- all are challenges that many us have had to face or will one day have to. In such a position, it is easy to become discouraged and lose sight of the things we have set out to accomplish-in life and in business. As you work through difficulties like these, be conscious and purposeful in your response. Take charge and turn these challenges into opportunities to grow.
