LOOK for a man who calls you Beautiful instead of Hot, who calls you back when you hang up on him, who will lie under the stars and listen to your heartbeat, or will stay awake just to watch you sleep... wait for that someone who kisses your forehead, who wants to show you off to the world when you are in sweats, who holds your hand in front of his friends, who thinks you're just as pretty without makeup on. One who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares and how lucky he is to have you. The one who turns to his friends and says, "that's her." Trying to make someone fall in love with you is about as pointless as trying to control who you fall in love with. It takes a minute to have a crush on someone, an hour to like someone and a day to love someone - but it takes a lifetime to forget someone." To the world you may be just one person, but to one person you may be the world." Love doesn't just sit there like a stone, it has to be made, like bread; remade all the time, made new. I don't pretend to know what love is for everyone, but I can tell you what it is for me; love is knowing all about someone, and still wanting to be with them more than any other person, love is trusting them enough to tell them everything about yourself, including the things you might be ashamed of, love is feeling comfortable and safe with someone, but still getting weak knees when they walk into a room and smile at you." We're often so caught up in our destination that we forget to appreciate the journey. Especially the goodness of the people we meet along the way. Appreciation is a wonderful feeling, don't overlook it. Always laugh when you can...it's cheap medicine. Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach. ~ A woman with a graceful walk and a feminine posture
~ Wearing an attractive pleasant scent but never overbearing
~ A woman content but never satisfied with the status quo
~ An intellectual who may also be a socialite who has mastered the art of making everyone feel comfortable in a social setting without belittling someone
~ Having a sense of humor, but also knows when its time to be serious
~ Understands the importance of giving respect in order to receive respect. I've never intentionally disrespecte d any woman, so that should give some insight concerning my character
~ A woman who knows how to keep drama in-check so that distractions are kept to a minimum
CHARACTER TRAITS THAT ARE OFFENSIVE
~ A woman who believes she’s “God’s Gift To Every Man”…if you honestly think so then you’re in for a rude awakening!
~ A woman who is conceited and convinced every man wants access to her monetary assets. Constantly reminding others about how much money she earns and all of her educational accomplishments. You should celebrate your successes, but always remind yourself there were others who helped you along the way.
~ Keep bringing up all those past 'bad experiences' of the fickle men who were poor examples of the real deal. My loving advice to you...Let It Go and move on!
