Ori: Your spiritual head, God in you!

Bi o ba maa lowo (If you want to have money),
Beere lowo ori re (Inquire of your head),
Bi o ba maa sowo (If you want to start trading),
Beere lowo ori re wo (Inquire of your head),
Bi o ba maa kole o (If you want to build a house),
Beere lowo ori re (Inquire of your head),
Bi o ba maa laya o (If you want a relationship),
Beere lowo ori re wo (Inquire of your head first),
Ori mase pekun de (Spiritual head please do not shut the gate),
Lodo re ni mi mbo (It is you that I am coming to),
Wa sayee fun awon omo mi di rere (Come and make my life prosperous),
Ase (So shall it be).

A brief explanation of Ori, by Baba Ojelola 'Fasakin:

The first step in becoming closer to one's spiritual being is to acknowledge and embrace Ori (pronounced "aw-REE"). Simply put, your Ori is God in you. It is your soul and spiritual head, your direct link to the Creator. Ori is the essence of your spiritual being, which directs you in life. It is your soul that influences your physical human mind. To recognize your Ori, your soul, is to recognize Olodumare (God). To have faith in God is to have faith in your own Ori, as Ori is God in you. Just as nothing happens without Olorun ("OH-lo-roon" another title by which we call God), also nothing happens without Ori. One cannot receive blessings if one's Ori is not open to receive them. One cannot effectively communicate with Olodumare, without being in touch with one's own Ori. One can not reach out to God without first acknowledging and embracing one's own soul.
