How do you let go when you really don't feel like your holding on? How do you really move on? Today I found out just how much I was holding on to the past after talking to a friend about some personal things that went on. Saints we have to learn to understand that it's the devils job to bring stuff up from our past that we thought we had already given to God to take care of. What does it mean to love? I mean really what is love? The bible teaches that love is the greatest thing/feeling you can give to someone. 1st cor. 13:2 says "If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge and If I have faith that can move mountains, but have not love I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love I gain nothing. This tells you just how wonderful and powerful love it is to have love.... To let go... doesn't mean to stop caring, it means I can't do it for someone else. It's not to cut myself off, It's the realization that I can't control another.
