ABOUT ME:
I am a PROVERBS 31 type of woman
that knows her Lord and Savior, can cook, clean, is an entrepreneur, witty...also I sing:)

The best word that describes me is ECLECTIC: as seen in my style of dress, blend of friends, the places I attend. The Jill-of-all-trades and only master of one. j/k. LOL.
I`m real and down-to-earth, from sneakers to heels.

For my BP buddies:
I see alot of people is about making that money. Can I offer a bit of advice since I have a finance/accounting and real estate background:
1. SAVE! SAVE! SAVE! Its not about how much money you make but how much you save. What`s spent is history.
2. INVEST. Buy realestate/ buy and learn about stocks, bonds, mutual funds, (Roth)IRA`s.
3. RESEARCH. If you do not have the money to invest, research different opportunities like Prepaid-Legal, Primerica, Mary K, loan origination,do hair, whatever. Icall those side-hussle jobs.
4. CREDIT. Although cash flow is good, credit can be better sometimes. Good credit can saveyou sometimes thousand of dollars. Here are some pointers to get that 700 or better score:
- 2 revolving accounts (credit cards)
- 1 installment (car note, school loans)
- Keep your balance below 30% of your credit limit. (i.e. For a $1,000 limit you only have $300 to use. Anything over that increases your risk level which means higher interest rates.)
- Pay your bills on time every month
5. Read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki to learn how to make money work for you, instead of working for money.
...And for all you so-called BP ballers out there. Stop buying (or pimpin`) your dream cars and you don`t have your own driveway to park it in. Unless you plan on living in it... Get your house first! Your house can buy you your dream car and whatever else to go with it.
