How is everyone doing? First of all, let me just take the time and say thanks for coming to my page. I don 't know what caused you to do so, but hopefully I can make it worthwile. My name is Tecola. Yes, that's my real name. As of right now, I am twenty one years of age. It may seem young to some, but wisdom is not measured by years, but by experience. I don't know everything, but I have been through a lot and have gained some knowledge about life. Many people say that if they could go back in life and change this one thing or that one thing, they would. Not me. I may have not like some things that happened to me in my life, but would not change anything. If I had to go through them to get where I am now and to learn what I've learned, than I shall embrace it. I hope that I can help someone through their life's journey.
I am a junior at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. I have a plan for my life and while I know obstacles will surface, I have faith on my side that everything is going to be alright. What is meant to be will be.
I am not trying to sound arrogrant, but I consider myself beautiful. Not because of my dimples and the color of my skin, but because I have been made in God's image. To all my other ladies struggling with self-esteem, remember that we are all made in God's image and how can God be ugly with all the beautiful things he does for everyone? Ladies, I'm not knocking anyone for this, but you don't have to be naked to get attention from guys. Yes attention will come, but when will respect? Also my Earthly queens we need to stop having so much disdain and contempt towards each other. We are strong individually, but what about when we are united? We are unstoppable. To my Earthly Kings, I love your potential. Some of you are already there and wating for your fellow brothers to catch up. Don't worry, they will. To the potentials when will you become the leaders you were meant to be. When will the disrespect of your sisters end? We are ready to follow, but when will you be worthy of us to do so?
Some people reading this may not like what I said or my opinions. That's fine, you are entitled to your opinion. I'm not trying to change anyone, but just speaking my mind.
