Just curious. I know how drugs are promoted in many communities. I know how sex is promised in many videos and ads in many communities. I know how many people perceive black culture. How do we promote, promise or perceive education in our households with children age 0-6 years old?

Can U embrace yourself and leave the hood behind? I was just reflecting on some lessons taught to me by my dad as a child. My dad lived a lot of different places. He could pick up and jump into a new job and move into a new community and have a ball learning new people and places. HOWEVER...he always made it a point to go BACK to his birthplace and help someone along the way.
