I am presently retired from the U.S. Army and as a Correctional Officer. I am one of the top trainers in the Los Angeles area. I can cut you up in two weeks and in four weeks all you need is maintenance. My training consists of maximum repitition and minimum weights (core and obligue). You will be amazed to see your physical change of your entire body in two weeks. I teach kick boxing, martial arts, regular boxing and physical training. I am single, love to travel, enjoy a good play and movie, workout at the gym five days a week. I am 5' 10" and pretty much in very good condition. I travel almost every weekend. I am an excellent cook. I am definately drama free. I have a great sense of humor an I am a very good listener. I love to bowl, play pool, swim, and I also played professional baseball for 12 years overseas. I love walking on the beach, romantic dinner and enjoy jazz, love to dance and into sports. I enjoy spending quality time with my son who is involved in car shows and my daughters who are also into physical training. I am looking for a woman that is not afraid to express herself, very professional and ambitious and is drama free. September 23rd is my big day. |
