Hello to the wonderful women of Black Planet...you have come across my page and I`m glad you stopped in for a minute.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME: My name is Charles and I`m a 37 year old black man from Tampa, Florida originally from Montgomery, Alabama (I really miss home). About my description: I`m 5`10, 185 lbs, shaved head with a trimmed mustache/goatee, brown eyes and a semi-athletic build (yeah its a nice body in progress). I have a chocolate bar like complexion so if you like dark-skinned men then look no further. I`m a former Marine..SEMPER FI!!!..and a father of two children. My son (Malik Charles) and my daughter (Tiffani Marie) are truly my pride and joy for living...they're growing like weeds and I love the new things they learn everyday. I`m also a SUPER DIE HARD Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Falcons fan.

A LITTLE ABOUT MY JOB (S): I work as a Night Auditing Manager for Holiday Inn and Suites on Clearwater Beach. My jobs pay me well, and now looking at two jobs again, which is a blessing for me because it helped me pay a lot of things off and I'm ready for new adventures and new tasks to accomplish.p>

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME: I am a very affectionate man that believes in romance, communication and doing things the right way. I'm a believer in a couple having their ups and downs but always believes in what the couple do when it is over. Don't get me wrong I have done my fair share of dirt in the past and is not proud of it..but I am man enough to admit them and have learned some lessons about life, love and respect..and even though I had to learn the hard way..it was learned. Some have forgiven me...some have not. Even though they dont..I have no grudges against them. I'm saying this because I made some mistakes and I'm not perfect..At least I can admit when I am wrong and was willing to change to prevent it from happening again. I am a goal-oriented man and I want to get my bills paid for, my credit straight, and a house by Christmas next year. I'm a very laid back person that like to have fun and also love sports and play softball all the time..I need to start playing again also. I love to travel (since I been all around the world, well, Caifornia, Japan, Hawaii, Korea) and hope to do some more travelling soon.

A LITTLE ABOUT MY POTENTIAL MATE: I am just recently single because (yet again) a woman strayed outside of the relationship, so I guess you can say I'm back to square one again. So, AGAIN, I'm looking for an honest woman that like to have fun and would like to settle down and be a girlfriend to one man.

**NOTE: AS OF 4/18/2009** Work has been the same (Same Ol' 40 hour work week.) and been taking things day by day in the relationship area..not trying to rush into things. I want to talk to people and develop a friendship with them. You can never have too many friends. Lets just say that I'm continuing to do a little soul searching of myself and learning new things. A LETTER TO MY DAD: Dear Dad, It seem like it was just yesterday that I got the news that you were called to heaven and my heart still has a fresh wound in it. Things just havent been the same as far as myself goes. I shed tears when I hear certain songs, see our Marine Corps uniforms and even when I see the word "Montgomery". I now try to work harder to keep my mind going. I now try to love harder because I feel that someone is out there for me and I can one day have a successful marriage like you did. I now try to become a better father to Malik and Tiffani so they will know that I gave it 100% through the good and bad. I'm sure that one day I will be coming home too and hopefully we can sit down and watch baseball games like we used too...together.
