Wow, it is 2012 time sure does fly. I can remember as if it was 2001 again and im just coming home from prison and not a week later the world trade center comes down. I remember being a young teenager going through the whole Knowlledge of self thing 5% lessons and all. then going through the becoming a muslim ,going through different sects of islam and leartning about that scripture in the Bible that talks about the two towers and stuff well that was the first thing i thaught about that day Sept 11, 2001 and i guess the fact that i had just come home and it was like a new beginning it intencified the whole feeling of being in a new place not only a new place physicaly and mentaly but a new place in TIME. Since then i have been through a lot of changes. It has taken me aa long time and i have had a long journey on my way to become a man. I have always concidered myself to be a man of God even though i often found myself doing things that was less than my creator would deeam righteouse. Sure i have had my struggle between good and evil, right and wrong but who doesnt go through that? It hasnt been easy for me but i fel like im ok, i mean i have all my faculties, im not physicaly impaired and for the most part i am comfortable being me. No matter what my short commings may be i can love every bit of who i have become as a man, a God fearing Man. I do concider myself a muslim. No i dont go to the Masque like one should as a muslim but i dont feel as though my connection with Allah(God)comes by way of the Masjid. I am a righteouse humanbeing who has been humbled by lifes experiences and to me and for me that is where my connecrtion with my creator comes in at. Islam is in my heart and soul. Yes i do faulter and slip up, but still i try to do as my creator would have me do as his creation.There is a posative energy and a negative energy to every situation, it is up to me as a man of God to Make that situation work for me . What i mean is God places us in situation so that we may grow and so long as we have pure and righteouse intentions no matter what circumstance we are faced with ther is always a way to get passed He will always give us an out . We may not always be given the obviouse but god doesnt give when uyou want he delivers when you need. So as i walk this path that God has chosen for me i will remain humble and feel blessed to have a God given chance to impact the lives of others. And no matter what my peers may think or feel, I only wish to please Allah(God). Today i am no better than any other one person out there, Mty love for self comes from knowing beyond a shadow of doubt I Am Better Than The Person I Used To Be!!!!!!!!!!! |
