I cannot introduce myself without first mentioning My Lord and all the marvelous works of enhancement He has provided for me in my life. With that said, I am Jason Hiram Lester born and raised in Decatur, Georgia (Metro Atlanta) and I am on here to recapitulate relationships that happened earlier in my life and in that also build fresh friendships with people from coast to coast. I deem myself to generally be an individual of understanding and compassion. In this day and age, it is imperative to look at others and care for them, even when they may be strangers or even dislike you. As a person of graciousness, I welcome you to converse with me anytime. In general, I consider being unyielding in improvement, sympathetic, forgiving, industrious, loyal to my race and community and most of all God-fearing. I look forward to meeting new people and reuniting with friends from the past. May God bless you my friend and everyone you are intertwined with!!! Thank you for stopping by!!! ?J.Les.

P.S. Shout-out to all my (the stuff i'm in) Family! As a black man in America, it is important that we all together no-matter the differences, work together to rise up our already well-represented race and ethnicity! I want to encourage all of us to be individuals and not do what somebody else is doing because we want to appeal to others. As African-Americans, we need to be concrete enough for the nation to lean on us. The way we overcome adversity (your enemies) is by advocating (fighting) for what we believe is right and not just settling for business as usual. Throughout history, some educated blacks have been so scared to step up and fight for the true equality and peace of humanity. Now is the time for all of us to be warriors for our race and enhance our generation to meet and surpass previous generations. African-Americans went 33 generations without financial increase and I am proud to say that this generation will end scarcity. We are well equipped and ready to come together to make this black skin color the paramount obsession in America! Lets work together and stop the ignorance! Jles.

The evolution of Jason Hiram Lester:
Just for a moment I want to give you this short testimony and show you how translucent God is in all of our day-by-day lives. High school was complicated for me! I flunked classes and never cared about success. I would go to class and just sit there and do nothing. I remember just trying to be the class clown. I thought the people were laughing with me, but they were laughing at me. I never really got serious until 10th grade. I joined this club called AVID with Ms. Muhammad! It improved my ability to succeed and offered hope for me to go to school and graduate. I went through so much hell that year, but I must say losing my mother was the most traumatic thing I experienced that year. When my mother died, seriousness became alive in me. I remember her last words to me this day: GO TO School. From that day forward, I did the best I could do in high school. Thanks to my brothers and best friends Ryan K. Coleman (Tennessee State University), and Jeffery B. Burrell (Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University) my life was easier to live. These guys were my boys and they not only accepted me, but their family helped me achieve in ways I never thought would be possible for little ole me. I believed that I was smart enough to go to college. To be honest, even I had my doubts. I had flunked the science portion of the Georgia high school graduation test, but I knew God had something for me. I just did not know what it was. I was sitting in 6th period one day playing jazz music for band class and the head band director of Alabama A and M University happen to come and recruit. I had already had band scholarships at other schools, but there was something special about this man and this school. This school was already mentioned between friends and me. I guess the bass line to this all is that this school was brought to me. God put this vision in me four years ago. He said go to this school at Alabama A and M University and I guarantee you will graduate from college. With the motivation I earned through pain, I graduated from high school with probably one of the lowest GPA s there (1.9) With the help of my then girl friend (first love) Nikkita S. Jenkins (Lasalle University); I began to walk firmly in His word. Although I lacked support from some of my then closest people, I still believed in what God said. I can t sit here and say that I was not scared to be on my own and that I doubted the success of my own vision, all I can say is that I started and never quit. To make a long story short, I went to A&M and did fine. For the first time in my life, I made the honor s roll and dean s list. I even received the national dean s list on numerous occasions. I got the once in a lifetime chance to join the most prestigious Gorgeous GAMMA EPSILON chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated. Before joining I noticed that this chapter of Sigma was different. These guys were my kind of guys. They loved the ladies and did not disrespect them by being aggressive and stuff like the Omegas. They did not look at women as sexual objects as the Kappas did. These guys were real men that graduated on time, threw the crunkest parties, had the finest girls on campus, did community service, and exemplified true brotherhood without all the drama. My prized possession is receiving the William Fails Spirit Award for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. in spring of 2005. I have been all over the US with the marching band. I have meet so many wonderful people from different backgrounds, races and beliefs. Currently, I have a career that I love! I am allowed to work with children as they modify their behavior for themselves and others. Currently, I am working towards receiving my Master s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. In the near future, I wish to offer a helping hand to the black community and keep crime, premarital sex, teen pregnancy, and sexual transmitted disease at ground zero. My long-term goal is to be the mayor of Atlanta one day. The point of all of this is to show you how GOD worked then and how He still works now! Thanks for reading my testimony; I hope it made your day better and offered a little encouragement to you!
