I went into Mc Donald's for the first time this year-- And this counter lady took my order then she asked me for my name and I said 'Big DaDDie' and she was so serious-- the other counter person who was filling the order look at the name and started smiling-- She finished filling the order and looked up and yelled out is there a Big DaDDie in here-- I replied Im Big DaDDie smiles
July 14, 2011 I returned to Houston in March. I have started my firm again. I am stopping Houston Texas foreclosures. This is a wonderful moralistic use of my education and experience. Let's see how it goes.

November 5, 2010-This week the House of Representatives changed 63 seats to Republicans. This was the biggest defeat by one party since the 1930's. Therefore let's talk about this- I am not very political -I've been taught not to talk about religion, race and politics. I'm breaking some of those rules. I watch TV. One of the programs I watch every Friday night is "Real Time with Bill Maher' on HBO. Bill was shocked that the independents mainly and others switched by 29 million votes from Obama party's to the Republican Party. This is the party that wants to cut unemployment benefits payments from 99 weeks and keep or extend the 3% tax break for the people that make over 250,000 a year and don't need a tax break. I was shocked. I'm more shocked than when I listened to the opinions in the 50 some chat room. Back to Bill Maher- One good idea that I heard concerned cutting the budget was to reduce the prison population by decimalizing the drug laws. Put these people in drug rehab facilities. We have the highest drug population in the world. Why? Decimalizing some drug laws for users by putting them into rehab facilities would increase jobs and cost much less money than housing criminals in prison. This would lower the repeat rate of criminals while taking all the money used to house them for basically health problems to the budgets of the federal government. Also this won't happen because the location of most prisons are in rural Republican districts. Another good idea would be to change the tax code to a flat tax where you could budget you money earned according to the taxes you know you would spend every day. But to make this change in a Republican run house won't work. Mainly because this is a Republican idea that would help the Democrats and the country --so Obama would look good. Lastly, I would like to congratulate my friend and law school classmate Hansen Clarke for winning a position in the House of Representatives from Michigan. Hansen used to sleep in the chapel at the law school and now he is 4 blocks away in the House of Representatives with an office. America is a beautiful place if you work for it. Today is July 27, 2010-- I have left the State of California job--I have joined an immigration law firm-- I am developing new legal business by processing work visas for RNs from other countries. This will help the United States shortage of nurses in our health system-- Also it has been announced today that deportation of illegal immigrates is up so my case load will increase--2010 should be a good year certainly better than 2009. Today is June 7, 2010, I am on a furlough day from my State of California job. Our Gov Arnold gives each state employee 3 days off a month without pay--isnt he great (sic) But you know its better to be paid for 27 days a month than not working for any of those days permonth. I have been working for the State since April 26, 2010 and I am able to now settle into California and Los Angeles. Im so happy every day when I go to work. Now I can build my life back up to where it was before Hurricane Ike. I brought some Popeyes chicken wings Saturday and enjoy just the simple thing of eating chicken wings. Im hoping to acquire two other jobs making more money by August so I can buy a new car and move into a rented condo in Culver City. Im actually begining to build my life again. January 12, 2010-I learned today that the Federal government has a special way that they select applications and resumes from USAJob.gov you have to go to job descriptions in O*NET (google it) and take the duties of your job description and formulate them in you work experience on your resume-- then when the HR department scans your resume for the job they will pick up your buzz words--- Well that job ended fast-- NEXT Well I normally dont discuss my job but today is Oct 18 and Im finally found the type of job that Ive been looking for-- I now work in a law office in downtown Los Angeles. I have so many to thank for staying with me as I looked and found this job. I will only speak positive at this time. Now I have to think if I will take the California bar exam register as an attorney licensed in another state and simply work in house law and not go to court or now Im a law clerk . To be a law clerk is far beneath my capabilities in law but you have to start somewhere and build so here I go again. As I look at the other attorneys int he office I would think I must take the California bar to just keep up with the work load. Today is December 16, 2008. I have moved to Los Angeles to get my head right. For those of you that dont know me I went through a hurricane in Houston back in September 2008 and it completely destroyed my law office income and forced me out of my home so I ended up here in Los Angeles. I'm working online developing internet marketing procedures. July 22, 2007, well 6 days from now I will attend my 12th in a row Black Attorney and judges convention. One part of me is that Im a very down to earth person. But the functions I perform take me to areas that the only privileged have access. I am known as esquire. You I dont feel any of these things. Ohh, Im happy to be able to experience what I am but you know I care more about my woman than I do myself. My mother once told me that one day I would grow up to lead my own family. Mom always said some deep things. Here is another Mom saying: Men chase women until they get caught. Mom told me this at the age of 18. I was very confused. What did this mean? I have since begun to understand. Can anyone out there give me an amen.

Why do White men kill their wives does love turn to hate? Why dont they just say NEXT and move on to another woman? Women outnumber men in most American communities. In Atlanta for instance Black women out number Black men 23 to 1. Dont white men outnumber White women. I dont see the logic in killing women. Fighting with women I understand. Women are no better than men. Women will lie, cheat and steal as much as men. Times have changed from when women were sugar and spice and everything nice. Yes, people women are now snakes and snails and puppy dog tails. But killing women is going too far. In Michigan, my home state a wife torso was found in the family garage. The fool of a husband fled to northern Michigan and was caught in a park. Ohh well he will be grabbing his ankles for the rest of his life poetic justice. Why didnt he forgive and not forget? Are White people and Black people that different? Im going to ask my neighbor's dog Bailey.

Well, today I finished a contract to help another person. I dont reveal who what when where and how I do legal work for clients-- that would be a breach of confidentially unless the person tells a third party then I'm free to disclose so unless the person isn't wrapped to tight. I cant say what I'm doing exactly. I don't do work outside the chat for free. If it takes time I charge. So far this week I've had a heritage case, patent cases and I sent off my contract to have a commercial broker to sell my 5 Michigan properties. It also snowed today and I had to shovel snow again. Snow is normal in the place I live but only about 3 to 5 times a year. I took one of my friends from the ATL out to dinner at B Smith ( a upper class Black restaurant) she and some of my other friends came up to DC because they won a Book Club prize. It's amazing how many people I know.
February 17, 2007 I thought I'd write a blog on my page to explain my views and that people would learn from my views. Today I was thinking about gays and the world. My first question is why cant straight people voice their disgust about gay people. Why are we called homophobic which in English means we fear gay people. I know I dont fear gay people I dont like their life style. I also dont like liars or thieves or pedophiles or women that act like they cant think independent of other women. So why dont we march with signs saying we are heterosexual?

June 2006--Well folks its time to look toward retirement while Im still young. Im now into real estate development to save for retirement. I purchase tax foreclosed property and develop it into properties to sell at fair market value. Of course 10 percent of the people you meet will attempt defraud you. I guess with real estate the people that try to defraud you is higher than 10 percent. So my legal career continues even when Im trying to transition into another business dealing with real estate to build a fund so that I may retire as a wealthy young man. My window for retiring is 5 years from now.
My favorite movie this year, 2006 is Ice Age: Meltdown (Ice Age 2) I have not laughed so hard in a long time. A Mammoth who thinks she is a Possum with the voice of Queen Latifah. And the movie actually turns out to be a love story.
