Dear lord


I kneel before you and say these words. I aint never done a crime I aint have to do, I know I m long overdue. My shadows are my demons, my happiness is my soul waiting to be free .I ve escaped you many of times...I ve even walked besides your rivals even though you stare at me through the bible, I pray and cry endless nights for my life has not been my outcome my reputation and my deeds wrong I am by not being blessed at your feet, even though when at times I thought you wouldn t mind but for it all lord I thank you for another breathe and another day, when the hour comes I hope that its my time I hope to walk by your side countless of how many smiles and tears I ve left behind how many hearts I ve filled and how many lives I ve changed, for every minute until my eyes close I'll whisper these words, Forever in their hearts, forever a piece of their smiles when my thoughts re-live, for my kids will become my lifes work, I hope and pray to you through them their joy their success is how I live on walk my ways and live by no man means, I left a fruit in which to taste my life is what was made and my tears is what was speared.
