Hi, my name is Mark Anthony. I do apologize but my age is incorrect. I was born in 1967 not 1976. I don't know how to correct that if in fact it can be corrected. I was born and raised in Southern Cali where I now reside. I am not here to "fall in love" nor am I looking for a "booty call". I'm just a laid back brutha who loves his life, looking to improve his awareness of self, and willing to bond with other CONSCIOUS people.
My understanding of life/relationships is that we all have MIRRORS in our life. These mirrors are friends & family and their function is to reflect back to us what they see. It's up to us to untilize those reflections to better ourselves. I am also of the belief that while there are "unpleasant and undesired" experiences, the positive outlook is these experiences are LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES. I am also recognizing that those feelings that we deem as negative are a motivating force for change. Without that which is discomfortable or unpleasant we would forever be complacent in life; never growing, never changing.
I am a musician. I love to compose R&B, Pop, and some jazz. It occupies my mind and sooths my spirit. I have some trax online at I also enjoy writing from time to time and have documented some of my experiences on the following website.
Spiritually I have taken a great interest in the ancient Egyptian culture over the past few years and recently the Sumerian culture. I enjoy studying under some very enlightened people such as: Dr. John Hendrick Clark, Dr. Dr. Ray Hagins, Dr. Josef Ben Yachonan, Dr. Ashra Kwesi, & Dr. Booker T. Coleman to name a few.
More about me I love to laugh and enjoy making fun of situations that I find myself in. I generally find positivity in life and try to find a reason to smile and be happy. I can be silly at times but who isn't? LOL! Mark Anthony!!
