Three of the stripes are red, and the other two are white. To the left of the flag is a blue triangle that houses one white five-pointed star.The first flag was a burgundy Cross Flag ( Spanish miltiary flag)1868 Lares revolutionary flag..The Light Blue triangle flag was the 2nd flag 1892..The dark blue triangle was adopted 1952 to now.
