WHAT IF I wrote a poem
Hey y`all I was just choosen and given the most prestigious award on earth, THE BEST ABOVE ALL THE REST"- BY MY MOM, she loves me!!!!!!!!!!!!, do you? YOU`RE ALWAYS, MISSED AND FOREVER Lv`ed. It`s surprising how often I think of you, and as I turn to speak to you, and realize you`re not right there as I expect you and want you to be. I guess I hold you so close in thought that it`s hard to understand, sometimes that you aren`t close in person, and that which I hold is a pillow, and not my beloved. But I wanted to let you know I`m thinking of you and wishing we could talk just for I wake up, and just be together awhile---but you`re not there you`re really missed! and it will be so until I can hold you, forever, and a day.
In the Distance
In the night time when there`s nothing but the silence for me to listen to, not your breathing,essence. I think of you, and long for your touch, your scent, that only you posses. But I don`t know your name. I see you all the time in my minds` eye and getthat all warm and fuzzy, all over, and I hope you feel the same all the time when you think of me. At the very thought of us being together, looking each other in my eyes and dreaming of many tomorrows yet to come together, or holding hands and just being there together, there is no other sensation like it, that you and I being together in each others arms and like it`s always going to be the 1st time holding each other, and looking into eack others eyes to see their true soul and Lv, and dreaming of what the future does holds for us. But I don`t know your name. I see you all the time and wonder where you are, and what you are doing, and what you are thinging and wearing, what you smell like, do you think of me, why can`t I call, just to hear your voice? But I don`t know your name. What is your name my sweet, I need to know,so my life will be complete. What`s you name my dream "Queen" come forward and lets beas one. You ain`t gotta` hit no "g" spot here, because what you are aiming for is my "Heart", if you like what you read then you have my permission to do so! Now I desire a real and true lady, as my friend and partner. They call me Smoochie`cause I like to Kiss alot, a whole lot lip smacking good(better invest in lip gloss), and hug and caress real tight, do you? And I can give referrnces, old schoolstyle no hickies, but well educated. "No one will be successful in life if they are not successful in their home lifes, and happy with their mate" Are the dynamics of friendship, the same as those of a relationship,or do we lose the esscence of our personae, and or the existance in the transition? Hi there y`all BP`ers, my name is Langston Williams. I am 6`2.5",175lbs, light-brown hair(curly-straight),hazel-gre en eyes, no children(my 1 and only died 1969, I felt like scotology losing my son, D/D free, ex pro basketball player (Venezuela, S.A), and so much, much more I love to cook. So far my life has been like a made for TV movie,And the saga continues, hopefully I will find happiness with that very special lady, could that be you?, ask your self that after reading further, but I can always use a pretty lady as a friend. I`ve been told that I`m out there with my views and expectations,so what, they`re are my views.I`ve also have been told that I have very specificfic target groups that are of interest to me, You better bet your damn rent on that, this aint Stevie nor Ray,your dealing with, I can see, and know what I like. If you know what you want in life go for it, shoot for the sun and if you you can only hit the moon quess what you just got a little closer to your goal, so take another shot. If by the end of this reading, and you can not get a feeling as to the tenor of my character, all you have to do is just ask me, and I will tell you whatever you wish to know. I have nothing to hide, nor any shame. I have no fear what is thought about me. I am my own MAN. First things first, My FAMILY(if we happen to develop a relationship it will be my pleasure and honour toinclude you in the first family), all other items come second, in the order that is choosen, by me, but don`t take my caring as a sign of weakness. This is rock bottom solid, and a deal breaker for a LTR, if you have more GUT THAN BUT "KEEP ON TRUCKING BABY"-Eddie Kendricks, and EAT PORK. Sorry `bout that it`s just the way I am (some like `um big ,slim, white,deep chocolate, light, muscular,etc..)I know what I like. The only "DRAMA" that I will allow into my life now, appears on the screen, or on the stage. Nothing else will be tolerated. This does not mean that you are to be left alone on an island in case there are problems. We`ll just calm down and we can work together and work through with ever problem rears its` ulgy head. I`ve always loved pretty ladies and always will, but I am always true and faithful and monogamous to the one I`m with, and this will last FOREVER. I`m licensed to teach and instruct "special Olympic" persons in track and field events,I also feed the homeless when even I can,donate my time to the Salvation Army.....what do you do? Damn it make a difference.....Mentor, teach adults to read, volunteer work, do something!!!!Maybe that`s why the %$^&%,left me, because I cared `bout people and was not nasty nor selfish. If you have the look of a younger of a Nancy Wilson or Lena Horn, sing like Ella,and the senuality sexuallity of aNubian Empress, you got me. The singing group "The Contours sang a song all the way back in the late 60`s that best explain my attitude about phine ladies and I quote....big legs tight skirt `bout to drive me out of my mind" and thats a fact, Jack. The only thing finer than a BLACQUE LADY, big legged round butt(shelf like) pretty faced slim waisted beauty is if she has a twin, then, "Houston we have a problem". Because I`d have to walk away, because I`d have much difficulty choosing, between them or get real greedy and take them both. Not all men are dogs, remember there are some female dogs too. "If I could gather up allthe smiles, laughs, memories, and the pride thatI thought of when I think of you every timeI thinkof you, and then give them back to you , I would with no shame when I not wake up in a cold sweat,when we are as one I sleep and dream of you throughout the night, when I wake early in the morning, I think of you all the time, during the day at work, I think of you and wantto call you...but alas I don`t know your phone number..... Nice, realistic,honest,easy going until you cross that line then its time to duck and run.I`m well educated as well as well as read, and well traveled. I like to cook, but I hate to clean anything from dishes to laundry and anything else in between. Sunsets in a botanical gardens with that special someone can`t be beat or walk on thebeach on New Year`s eve with her,hand and hand, not thinking about anything but each other, or anytime during the winter doingthesame as in the summer. I`ve always, have got to have,ie... something to read, crossword puzzles daily. I like the simple things in life that wehave taken for granted.I Grew up in New York City (semi-silver spooned-mouthed)and when I take my little trips when all seems right with the world but it`s lonely by oneself. I just can`t wait to get back to the "Apple",after my little jaunts. Maybe it`sjust that I`m lonely? Computersare new to me, a few years ago all I thought that computer didwas prove that gravity works. Looking to make friends and partner for life all over the place. I do like the "LADIES" and guys iz cool too this means dudettes and dudes Thug and thugettes come wrong and get your feelings hurt. When I have more time I`ll write more.But until then: I`m more sagacious and diverse than what has emerged in this thesis of my life on the screen. I didnt get to be this old by being STUPID. A SOULFUL RELATIONSHIP if youA?re not married yet, share this with a friend. If you are married, share it with your spouse or other marriedcouples and reflect on it. An African proverb states, "Before you get married, keep both eyes open, and after you marry, close one eye." Before you get involved and make a commitment to someone, donA?t let lust, desperation, immaturity, ignorance, pressure foremothers or a low self-esteem, make you blind to warning signs. Keep your eyes open, and donA?t fool yourself that you can change someone or that what you see as faults arenA?t really important. Once you decide to commit to someone, over time his or her flaws, vulnerabilities, pet peeves, and differences will become more obvious. If you love your mate and want the relationship to grow and evolve, youA?ve got to learn to close one eye and not let every little thing bother you. You and your mate have many different expectations, emotional needs, values, dreams, weaknesses, and strengths. You are two unique individual children of God who have decided to share a life together. Neither of you are perfect, but are you perfect for each other? Do you bring out the best in each other? Do you compliment and compromise with each other, or do you compete, compare, and control? What do you bring to the relationship? Do you bring past relationships, past hurt, past mistrust, past pain? You canA?t take someone to the altar to alter him or her. You canA?t make someone love you or make someone stay. If you develop self-esteem, spiritual discernment, and "a life", you wonA?t find yourself making someone else responsible for your happiness or responsible for your pain. Manipulation, control, jealousy, neediness, and selfishness are not the ingredients of a thriving, healthy, loving and lasting relationship! Seeking status, sex, wealth, and security are the wrong reasons to be in a relationship. What keeps a relationship strong? Communication, intimacy, trust, a sense of humor, sharing household tasks, some getaway time without business or children and daily exc favorite pages |
