UPDATE: I havent updated this page since the 2008 election as you can see below...but the only thing I have to say is I hope everyone is in good faith, good health, and are blessed. It's Officially Summer so Im ready to bring out the dukez and get it on and poppin! lol! Bless! ****************************** ****************************** * Before you begin reading this brief synopsis of myself...I must say I have never felt more validated as an African American Woman,as an American Citizen, and more patriotic than I could have EVER fathomed in my short lifetime. The day I cast my ballot I had a rendezvous with destiny. It became a true realization on Nov. 4 2008! YES WE DID! YES WE DID! YES WE DID! ****************************** **************************** I never write much on my page because hmmmmm who actually reads this shyt? However, who cares, I`ll write more than 2 lines of sentences for all you bloggers out there :) For starters, I have NO kids,but I have been asked to be the Godmother of one of the flyest lil shorties to enter this realm of the world (she will forever be spoiled).

80 in a 25 Zone

The speedometer in my heart reads 80
and the warning light is flashing
Yet and still I do not want this feeling
to slow down or depreciate

Is it normal to have this feeling
in such a short amount of time
Cause it seems as if I have been in this speeding trance
for quite some time

I see your face and my emotions accelerate
Now my pulse is doing 90
and well over my allotted speed
The brakes are non existent and the emergency break of
any situation can and will not dampen
