Eugene Jacquescoley is a California native who happens to be the first cousin of the late Nate Dogg. He is also a gerontologist who has performed professionally as a singer/songwriter for the past ten years. "Can This Black Man Sing The Blues" was inspired by the events of Katrina. Look for the EP to be released on Island Def Jam Digital later in 2011. His first full-length album "Armadillo" will be released in 2012.
