I simply must have my collard greens. I absolutely love them. Notice how the picture looks very different from traditional collards? No pork, no neckbones, no grease, and no fat. I Absolutely love this stuff. It's an awesome side dish. The best part about it is that is wheat. Sometimes you can find a brand where it is quinoa. Anyway, on with the directions. Ingredients: couscous and water Directions: Boil 2 cups of water with a dash of salt. Remove water from heat, add equal number cups of couscous (in this case 2) and give it one stir. Okay, there is nothing I love more than washing down a creamy sweet sandwich or a handful of sumptious cookies with a tall glass of milk. So I had to learn how to make my own rich and creamy non-dairy alternative. Ingredients: Almonds, water, ice, dates or other natural sweetener (optional), a mesh bag (or a nut bag), and a good quality blender.
