Be on the look out for new lighting technology by Philips: Lumalive(R) This new amazing technology allows lights to be embedded into fabrics! Say what! Yes, read on. This is a great way to promote business to business marketing for events like concerts, festivals, new artist launches by Record Labels and for concert tours --via street teams, not to mention ways to market services such as restaurants. This new technolgoy will light up the 21st Century and could go hand in hand with new Surface Technology being developed by Microsoft.

Imagine, being able to go into a restaurant or other service business and use the Surface Technology(R): but what brought you into that establishment-how did you know it had the new surface technology? A marketing street team outside with Lumalive(R) fabrics emitting light advertising the service or product inside, from up the street, and around the corner... Imagine you are at a concert and you see you favorite artists rocking the new Lumalive(R) shirts and hats displaying their album titles and personas....you purchase a Lumalive(R) product at the end of the show or event, to keep the experience alive...folks will ask...where did you get that from! Wow!

See their website for lumalive here: http://www.lumalive.com .

As you peruse my page you may pause the top play list dedicated to hip hop and gospel (If you have seen the famous oldie movie from the 70s "Immitation of Life" you may recall that the mother of gospel did a cameo in that movie-Ms. Mahalia Jackson). Or you can go to the bottom of this web portal and enjoy rare classical deliverance called "The Battle at Kruger" This is set in the wild. We see a Pride of Lions stealthly fall upon a baby Buffalo who is not fast enough to keep up with the herd. Then we see a battle over the prey between Crocodiles on the periphery and the Lions who are trying to block the baby Buffalo's escape into the hazzardous waters. Just when you thought the Lion would prove resilient--a team of Buffalo descend upon the Lions-a handful of Buffalos turn into a hundred and rescue the baby Buffalo who is wounded-who has been tattered with the teeth of the predators-but still survives!
Persistent Team Work, and Courage!ous Effort!! Also If you like South Park, The Family Guy, The Simpsons and Lil Bush-you'll love www. JoeCartoon.com. His site is acerbic, caustic, and humorous!

I attended Historic North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. A city known as the Black Wall Street during the Harlem Renaissance.

My Major in undergrad was History with a Minor in Political Science. Currently, I am pursuing a JD (Juris Doctorate). I recently completed my MS-Management in late 2007. With these three degress (BA/MS/JD) I plan to segue into the post of a Chief Executive-Administrative Officer/Entrepreneur.

You may think this sounds all over the map-its not-you have to realize the skill set of an Administrator is the same if you are in higher education admin or healthcare admin: bugets, employee relations, institutional development, continuous improvement, etc.

I wrote a sequel to FootPrints in the Sand entitled As It Is Written; I have VA copyright on a logo for a sportsline I want to launch by Christ-Mas dubbed 18Aces, and a PA copyright for a play I want to get on broadway called "Defending Disseration." I would settle on it being performed at the Kennedy Center in D.C., and then on the silver-screen. I like hanging out in quality places, i.e., museums and national parks. I enjoy cooking out on the grill, reading, writing (working on several short stories) and getting involved in community projects.

I am temporarrily using my personal page on BP to publicize my firm's strategic initiatives. A seperate web page will be used in the near future by the beginning of the year that will be dedicated to these endeavors. With the right help-meet for me I will be able to accomplish more with the aid and support and analysis of my better half. It is so important to have a woman and wife and vice versa who can relate to your vision and industriousness to help build and architect wealth, and prosperity (health in the three quadrants of life: mind, body, and spirit ) for our children's children to come).

I have just launched a Limited Liability Company called the Citizen Group of Companies. Our biggest thrust thus far is a push into the housing sector by developing vacant parcels in rust belt cities like Detroit and Cleveland that are moderately priced. This company was created to provide living wage skilled labor jobs to help citizens gain equity in their communities and cities by obtaining home ownership.

I am also a third degree Master Mason of the Blue Lodge. There are no higher degrees than this, just more knowledge. I do crave more knowledge and will seek the Scotish Rite and the York Rite next year. Peace to all sisters of the Order of the Eastern Star! Thank God for the Shebas!

A Poem: I`m not a BlackMan:

I`m not a Black-Man, I`m a Nubi-an. I came from across the sea, to a place where they didn`t invite me. I learned-a new place, a paleface, about a brave people called Native Americans chased, until there remains, but a lil trace. (you can hardly find an Native Indian in the U.S.).

I rose early at the dawns, before I could yawn, I felt the sting of a whip-now dey didn`t have to even trip! So, I made cotton king-did my thing-not before I took what I needed and split the scene. (its hard out here for an ex-slave!)

I was inspried by the underground, freedom bound, told my people let`s run-I met Prosser and Turner on the run, we ran, and ran, and ran. Met John Brown at Harper Ferry that`s my man! White, black, don`t make a diff; if you down for the crown give me a hold-of the American Scheme, and Industriousness and Creativity`s golden gleams. (the protestant work ethic...yeah right, slaves invented the work ethic)

Emancipation came, but that Lincoln he was fink`n-reprimanding John C. Fremont and David Hunter (for emancipating slaves before Lincoln did: Fremont in 1861 and Hunter in 1862 and Lincoln in 1863-know your history)-stinkin`-So, I present to the W.hole W.ide W.orld a few Afrikan American study facts.

Remember the spirit of those that ran, and never forget those that caught a bullet or, whose `Red Record` ran, from the diobolical rope-treatment of the MAN!

I am a Scorpio. I am 170cm. I weigh 83 kgs. (for those who are metric convesion challenged that's 5'7 and 181lbs.). I believe in taking care of my body even though the Word says that "bodily exercise profiteth little"---because this is the temple wherein God dwells and to be a good stewart of it is my first and reasonable service! I like to work out. I am a fan of fitness.

Calling All Cars: An APB on the DPD

Posted May 29th, 2008 at 10:45pm

The council is doing what is right by calling an investigation into practices by the DPD. 1.) Extortion from a gas station 2.) Alledged Murder for Hire 3.) Evidence Tampering 4.) Lawsuits-galore! How many more reasons will it take for Detroiters to ask for Council Representation by District; term limits; a new Mayor; new City Council persons, and accountability for the tax abatements exchange program: Detroiters were suppose to gain jobs from firms who received tax abatements-abatements... Sore loser?

I agree. I received an email from a fellow church goer from Perfecting Church where Marvin Winans is our Pastor. She said she would not support Barak if he won the nomination-although I was quik to point out in a concilitory tone-that I would support Hillary in the event that pergatory Froze Over and a Snow Ball did not melt in hades, and she won the nomination-metaphorically speaking. My fellow proselyte said Obama would not have enough time in four years to "turn" America around. I then... (continue reading)

Obama:

Posted May 29th, 2008 at 10:25pm

If that logic held sway many in the U.S. Congress in either chamber would be unfit as they sat idly by while the USA terrorize its own citizenry-unless you do not think hangings, rape, murder, and segregation were opprobrious. That being said, who his Pastor is has no bearing upon the economy or social ills besetting the National Life here. Unless you are saying Barack Obama is akin to Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis and Alexander Stephens-all trained at West Point and who swore to uphold the... (continue reading)

Ineffective but efficient = insufficient spirits!

Posted May 29th, 2008 at 09:49pm

The statistics on the number of those who really 'did not do it' in prison says its about less than five in 100! 95% accuracy is a high defective rate-it sounds good academically except if you are one of the 100,000 lives this would involve out of the 2,000,000 inpriosned men and women in the US Penal system aka the Prison Industrial Complex. How does a State repay a man for lost wages, and emotional stress from being in a criminal environ with sure nuff feloners (shankers and rapers) every... (continue reading)

Florida v. Michigan

Posted May 29th, 2008 at 06:43pm

Well, the fight might be still on, when it comes to which candidate will receive the delegates for the DNC Convention in Denver, Colorado in 2008. However, another fight involving these two States are afoot. The Detroit Pistons are taking on the Orlando Magic (Florida v. Michigan II). Though this contest will have one winner-unless Barack gets both these States the DNC will be the losers if First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton erstwhile a U.S. Senator from NY gets the nomination. Republicans are... (continue reading)
