The Hip-Hop Culture Hello I'm Justin Boatman; I'll be your tour thru the culture of Hip-Hop. I have been in this culture for a long time now ever since I was a boy. 1981 I was born; hip-hop was born a couple years before me about le late 70'S around the end of disco. Thru out the 80's I grow to learn and like hip-hop. I started to do show talent shows in my elementary school and got huge reaction. Up unto the 90's I did music that is all I wanted to do. Of course I went to school, but after school it was music and other things. Around 1994 I moved to Battle Creek, Mi with my father there is where it all happens. In high school my class was geared towards music. I had regulars English, math, history, and science, but my elect class was a process with hip-hop and music
