I am walking around in a fog. My son called me in the middle of the night and he was crying. He said my ex-husband (the father of my 4 children) had passed away in his sleep. He was 61 years old. I am numb. I am hurting for my kids and them telling my grandkids their Grandpa passed away. We are never promised tomorrow. Spend time with everyone special in your life. Tell them you love them.

Been waiting all day for a Happy Sweetest Day from someone who is special to me. Guess I'm not that special to him. Makes me sad :(

I was chatting with a guy that I had chatted with a year before. It began with the getting to know you conversation for a couple of days. Then all of a sudden turned to sexual questions or comments. I tried to steer away from that type of questions. I sent him a message that I was “online shy” and he told me to relax. Then he disappeared from the chat and I discovered he blocked me. It’s his loss, he isn’t worth my time!

Crazy, busy weeks at work. Ever had a job where everything is last minute and one boss will tell you to complete a task one way and the other boss tells you something totally opposite??!!

It was a crazy evening. Spent time in the basement as tornado sirens kept going off for over an hour. Thank goodness all is clear for now. Some areas not too far from here experienced tornados reaching the ground. Hope everyone is okay.

Tomorrow is going to be a sad day for me. It's my first Mother's Day without my mom. Heaven is full of wonderful mothers.

What is up with Black Planet?! I noticed recently that people that I never asked to be my friends appeared on my friends list. Has this happened to anyone else?

After searching for a job since mid November, I am so excited to say Tuesday will be my first day at my new job. I will be working with teens helping them secure summer jobs by teaching them skills to get and keep a job and also working with businesses to hire these teens.

My life has experienced so much in the past couple of months. Not only did I lose my mom in September and my little dog in October, now I lost my job on Thursday after working there almost 16 years. My faith in God will get me through these difficult times.

Thank you to all who sent me special messages when my mom passed away. Even though I don't know you all personally, I feel so honored that you took time to offer your condolences. BP has some thoughtful, kind, and amazing people on here. Blessings to you!
