SMDH. I have a new respect for lawyers. So I go into court yesterday. I went on the internet and did some studying about my case. I was confident that I had put together a strong case.... Man after that judge and lawyer for the insurance company finished jumping me and kicking my ass lol. I threw in the towel. The judge have dude everything he requested. I really felt like I had been in a fight. Next time I walk in there I will have me a bulldog that knows Workers Comp law. I now know that I'm a retired soldier not a lawyer. lol
