Welcome To My Journeeeey!!!
Please overstand that all that I am is because of God`s love, light, favor, and mercy upon me. I can never repay God for the things, people, and blessings that seem to occur in my life each and every day...But the best thing I can do is to just give my life back to God in the sense of all that I say, do, and live will be for God. My daily prayer is that God would just order not only my steps, but my thoughts, words, and actions. I want people to look at me and know that God is real. I want to be an example of the word, light, beauty, wisdom, and more importantly love of God. I want to others to know that God is truly good...there`s no other love like God`s love. That "Ordinary Love" just won`t do it for me! I am not hear to get "all churchy" with you, but I am going to let you know that I know what life is like "without God" (the " " because honestly God will BE even if you fail to not acknowledge the presence), but I`ve tried to keep my relationship with God on a hush because used to fear not being excepted by my peers orbecause I did not want to be labeled asa "church girl". However, I have grown out of that, it is about relationship for me right now. People are seasonal, some seasons last longer than others, but my point is that God is eternal. God has been there when no earthly father was, when that dude I was so in love with wasn`t who I thought he was, and when that friend talked behind my back. I know that I am not worthy of the daily blessings I see, but favor is upon my life and the journey is just beginning. MY PLAN?
I know that God is dreaming bigger dreams for me right, dreams beyond the ones I have or could ever think of having. I know that a new season in my life is coming, God is doing awesome things within me right at this very moment. I know that I am getting ready to be in situations and places that are higher than anything I have experienced. God is going to begin to place me in positions and places based off of unmerited favor, because it won`t be based off of my money, education, or who I know...no it will be because of favor! I want to have more than a ministry but be the ministry! Like Bishop Eddie Long would say, "WATCH THIS!!!"
Plan on hearing and seeing great things in store for God`s Butterfly Ministries, because it is more than a name but more like a vision. I want books, conferences and workshops, websites, magazines, and a non-profit dedicated to the whole concept of healing,empowering, nuturing, loving, and fellowshiping while going through a spiritual journey-transformation. I want to encourage others, especially young girl -women to recognize who and whose they are even when the world tries to discourage them!"She`s more than the world can see, she`s more than a precious dream..."("She`s More" -JG III)

Kandaka is beyond my screen name. My father named me, Kandaka is means "Queen-Mother", which originates from Ethiopia from the Candaces of 300 B.C.- 300 A.D. and is also mentioned in the bible (Queen Candance of Kush), a great and powerful ancestor by the name Dr. Cheikh Anta Diop (scientist, historian, writer, and a griot of ourstory)gave my father the insight for that name for me while studying in Senegal. I feel blessed to have that name and I am constantly praying that I live out true the essence of my name. A "Queen" is who she is not because of her title, but because she walks in beauty, wisdom, love, understanding,and virtue.
