ABOUT KIMBERLY HOLLAND
As the President & CEO of Icon Management Inc., Kimberly N. Holland represents a group of elite Track & Field stars. She is an anomaly in sports today with a track record that is impressive and promises to grow beyond measure. However, six years ago, no one, not even Kimberly could foresee a career as a Sports Agent for world-class athletes. A Washington DC native, Kimberly earned a Bachelor degree in Political Science at Norfolk State University. Upon graduation she joined the staff of Senator Edward M. Kennedy as a Legislative Foreign Policy Aide on Capitol Hill.
In 1994 she moved to Atlanta for a career in Concert Promotions with Haymon Entertainment. After which she joined the staff at LaFace Records working as a Paralegal in the Business and Legal Affairs division, before returning to school to earn a Juris Doctorate at Regent University School of Law. During her final year in law school, Kimberly was approached by Olympic Medalist, Terrence Trammell to help manage his career. As word of her skills grew, she then signed other Olympians including Shawn Crawford, Bernard Williams and Icon Management Inc. was born.
Kimberly has been featured in a number of publications that include Ebony, Atlanta Tribune, Sister 2 Sister, Uptown Magazine, USA Today, and the Washington Post. She is also a highly sought after legal and sports expert, who has spoken on panels that include BESLA, University of Virginia School of Law, Howard University, and North Carolina Central University School of Law among others.
Today, Kimberly is still rising to the top of her game representing the very best of the Track & Field sport. With plans to grow her company by adding divisions to include the NFL, NBA and other sports representation, Kimberly is well on her way to becoming an Icon in her own right.

The company's newly created Life Skills Division provides Icon athletes with winning strategies both on and off the field.
