The State of Louisiana will be remembered for it's lack of action, and Brutality after the levee exploded. Not only did the Federal Government take 3 days to hep these victims, but the state trooper's and the Army were arresting People who were going into stores to get food to eat. The military was willing to shoot our Brothers and Sisters, trying to get food to eat because they were taking it from stores.
