Arthur Scott Jr., the suspect facing charges of kidnapping, rape, and murder in a homicide case from Friday, was arraigned in court on Monday morning and his bond was set. Columbus police were called to a hotel on the 6000 block of Zumstein Drive just before 10:30 p.m.
