Laurie Goodman, author of the book "IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO GET YOUR MONEY STRAIGHT" has dedicated herself to empowering individuals and families on the importance of building wealth through home ownership. While working for PNC Mortgage, Laurie realized that 80% of her potential homeownership population had major issues in credit and money management. This prompted her to help what are now thousands to visualize their dreams and maintain financial stability. Trained through the Neighbor Works Training Institute, Laurie has received certifications in Housing Counseling, Credit Counseling, Financial Fitness, and Section 8 to Homeownership. A member and offficer for the National Association of Minority Real Estate Professionals and the Woman's Counsel of NAREB, Laurie also works with non-profit St. Matthew NIDA (in East Orange, NJ), holding monthly Homeownership classes and provides credit counseling for families and individuals.
