I hate it when you have to find out 6 months down the line, that the guy you're dating is married, or in a committed relationship of several years. Just keep it real from the gate. If you are married, say you're married. If you're gay or bi, say that. If you don't want a serious relationship, and just looking for a one-night stand let that woman know ahead of time.
