Welcome to the life and times of LadyJYP. Why LadyJ, well my brother-in-law always called me this and I liked it. It made me feel special and rather unique which is a good thing for a middle-aged woman of color. We need all the "strokin`"we can get.....lol. So who am I? Divorced, one child, two grandchildren. Avid reader and lover of music (most kinds but head banger and gangsta rap - generational thing you know). I like to go to book and art stores to look and sometimes buy if the price is not off the hook. I like to talk and to listen. I enjoy a good laugh and have a crazy sense of humor. I tend to be direct and to the point. Don`t have time for the stupid stuff. I enjoy playing cards, singing in the gospel choir, playing with my grandkids, cooking, sewing, crochet and learning new things every day. Keeps me young. Well this is enough for a start.
