made it to my first acupuncture session I know it is detoxifying and all that good stuff but I'm freezing! I showered , got the heat and my electric blanket on feeling it will be a body heat necessary type of night before the weekend.

Good evening sis. I did not make it to my session tonight for that very reason. I should have drank more water apparently 64 Oz is wasn't enough LOL feeling good I love it  I'm going to put it in my schedule. Very soothing I recommend it to everyone with the ability to try the procedure.

Btw my honey bear came through with arms open wide! I turned off all that with the quickness and cuddles with my love
