Isn't it wonderful....why can't people seem to understand the true meaning?
Only if we could live it and then do it agian?
But there can't be any regrets...nope because everything is a lesson learned.
Black folks have to learn how to live for not just today, but live for tomorrow because we only get one chance to get it right.
Don't judge a book by its cover, but know that the content tells a true story.
We can't keep living in fantasy land, dreaming of fairytells and shinning knights
But we have to be true to our selves, love our selves and know that we deserve the best and not less!!!
Strive for more than what you have today, keep hope and know that what makes people beautiful is that we all different!

I have to take a minute to say Ladies love yourself and black men treat us women right( if you won't do it..then there will always be someone willing to show your woman what you won't)

RAIN

I can remember the time I had the words to say
Funny how I let a no good, low-life take it all away
He stripped me of my beauty and broke down my pride
I can count the number of times i laughed, but lost trackof how much I cried
He took my life and energy, feeding me his lies
Made me hate myself so much that I wished I would have died
He bruised me so much that I stayed black and blue
He walked on me so much you would have thought I was his shoe
It takes a real man to be with a real woman, he was a fake you see
After openning my eyes, I relized me and him didn't share the sme destiny
So I picked up the pieces of my broken and battered heart
Not kowing how, but that I had to create a new start
But as the days passed by I grew stronger and more secure
I had passed my testing trial, this I knew for sure
You see when you can walk through the fire and withstand the pain
It teaches you to appreciated the sunshine right along with the rain.
