A few shares about me...
I'm a physical being.. love to stay active, I maintain a 'peace of mind' being active by working out like a competing track athlete and on select nights I like to lace up the 8s (skates) and work up a sweat to a rhythm of my own. I'm 2 years into skating and am hooked! ----------------------------- ------------------- Off the track, off the wood (skate rink)... Enjoying being a father to a son, an avid movie goer, the occasional play of the African-american kind, not a fan of clubbing unless it's at the skating rink working up a sweat to a DJ with skills to keep the energy level up. I'm a thinker and one who likes to use my train of thought to inspire, make another think on it and occasionally write words I like to call 'Matters of the Heart'... Thanks to the blessing of having an Athletic ability to earn my way for more than 10 years on the track as a 110 Hurdler, I've been able to see the world. visited 27 states (12%) --------------------- Never made an US Olympic Team, but I did have the honor of wearing the colors when I made the 1997 World Championships with a 3rd place finish in the 110 meter hurdles at the US Team Trials, Indianapolis, IN. The World Championships was held in Athens, Greece where I went on to finish 6th in the World. Although I fell short of standing on the podium, I still claim it a victory for being able to chase the dream, live it for as long as I have. I did it purely for the love of it.
