Hello Ras,it has been a long time since we've talked,I haven't forgtten you either,I've missed talking to you.Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you.I'm doing okay,I have my good days and bad days,but I don't let it get me down.I still like going out with the girls,still like going dancing,and hanging out with the family lol.How have you been and what have you been up to lately?I'm giong to try to chat with you daily so,we can keep up with what's going on ,with each other.Well,talk to you soon,good night .

Hello Ras,glad to hear you had a relaxing time at the spa lol. well, diabetes is blood sugar that builds up in your body,it can cause blindness,strokes,heart attacks,kidney failure,loss of limbs,and diabetic comas,from which you may die if not kept under control with diet,exercise,and medication.I had a lipoma tumor on my upper left arm that had to be removed,November 15th,my doctor thought it was cancerous but,thank God it wasn't ,it was just a fatty tumour,but other than that everythings going great,I hope everythings great with you.I just went back to work Monday of last week and it's going good so for.well, talk to you later,goodbye now.

Hi Ras,How are you?for the past two days I haven't been feeling to good,but I'm feeling alot better today.I think my blood sugar dropped real low.I have to drop my papers off at the doctors tomorrow,then they're going to set me up an appointment so,i can learn just how bad this diabetes is,and how I can control it.Thanks for worrying about me and being such a good friend.I'll be keeping you posted on what's going on,talk to you tomorrowbye for now.

Hi Ras,I'm doing fine.How Are you?Sorry it took so long for you to hear from me,I just found out that I have diabetes and I have an appointment to visit my family doctor on how to control it,but otherwise I'm good.I'll be off Wednesday,hope to chat with you then if you're not busy,goodbye for now.

Ras,if only it were possible to send you some of this heat I would lol.The weather service here has issued a heat warning stating if we don't have to be out in it don't,I feel sorry for those whose jobs require them to work outdoors in it.I pray for fall and winter to come quickly ,but God knows best,but I can dream lol.I'm doing well,just working,all my grandbabies visit me weekly now,and the twins are getting fat like little butterballs lol,but their adorable,and my two oldest grandsons are a handful now lol,but I wouldn't have it any other way.What's up with you?When are you off again so we can chat?I'm off tomorrow and Friday,Goodbye for now,talk to you soon.
