Lurking in the Depths

As I sit here, 2 weeks and 2 days out from my next competition, I'm trying to stay in the zone. What is this "zone"? Think of it as the little sphere of light emanating from a small candle in a completely dark room. Competing in Strongman (or any sport or athletic endeavor) requires a level of committment far greater than the average gym rat shows.
