Thanks for coming back after  the pictures to read what I wrote. A little something about me: I was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. College Grad as of Dec 2002. Physical fitness training and travel are somethings I really enjoy. So if you have any questions about exercise. ASK. I'm happy to answer any health and fitness related questions. 

 A Few hobbies of mine:
One thing that I love to do, is meet people, men or women. I want to know what motivates you. Going out to social events such as farmer's markets, 1st Fridays, expos, block parties and any place where alot of people are, is where you`ll find me.

I also love to work out. IT MAKES ME HAPPY.:)) I ran track for the last 15 years and now that I`m out of school, I have trained for body building/figure and now I'm onto Crossfit.  If you have any experience in bodybuilding or Crossfit drop me a line. Or if your a beginner and would like some advise, or just another competitior to chat with, you know how to reach me. As for Crossfit, I'm just begining so any advise I welcome..:)

I really love working out and sweating. I'm always up for a challenge. Going out to eat (off season) and enjoying a long conversation. Checking out a Museam. Science, Art, or whatever. I like doing new things, things I haven`t done before or maybe in just a different way. If you like to be spontaneous, drop me a line. I also like to get together with my friends and just chill, catch a movie, go to the mall, have a drink or two, or explore places that we`ve never been.  A good day has no plans just random ideas and good company.

What I like in a Man:
A man who can carry conversation is wonderful. If you can cook, it`s on. (I cook also, but a man who can cook is just SEXY) uhmmm!! Someone who is confident, takes care of himself, mentally and financially, knows what he wants, and isn't afraid to go after it. A man who stays in shape. MUSCLES!!! UHMMMMM!! Yummmy... LOVELY!.. But I also like Gorilla-Bear Men. That mean a lil back fat is good. Fellas keep it tight though no over the belt bellies please.. A six-pack can take you a long way.:)) But a nice attitude can go even farther. I`ll do my best to look good for you and it would be fabulous for all men to do the same.

Some things that scare me:  Excessiveness... Please dont. There are many other women out there that will love you for you. Sometimes it's just bad timing.  If it's going to happpen it will, but not with excessiveness in anyway or form. Also please send a personal message if you want to chat.
