I Will Bless The Lord At All Times And His Praises Shall Continually Be In My Mouth. (Psalm 34:1 KJV). My name is Elder Melvin Benton Ross II. I was born on October 5, 1979 here in Beckley, WV. I am the 2nd child of Melvin Benton Ross & Lois O. Hawthorne Ross. At the tender age of 6, it was propheside from Bishop Alvester McConnell of New Bethel Temple United Holy Church in Beckley, WV and also by the late Mother Louise Staples, that God was not only going to call him to preach but into ministry. Well that prophesy has come to pass. Not only by them, but others have well have seen the gift that God has place in me. Currently I'm a faithful member of Faith Temple of Deliverance Church in Beckley, WV where the wonderful pastor is Bishop Bobbie L. Tunstalle. I also currently serve as choir director, Usher Board Vice President and Men's Dept. Secretary. I'm also a single DIVORCED father of two wonderful boys, Josiah who is now 6 yrs. old & Jeheil who is 4 yrs.old. I also have a daughter who lives with her grandmother, Shakyrah who is now 9 yrs. old. I graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School on June 8, 1997. I did my first intial sermon on July 12, 2002 and I've been preaching every since. Anything else don't hesitate to ask.
