10/03/2008  ( Late Friday ... should be out dancing or skating ... but once again, updating this stupid page .. ) ....

What an eventful week ... work has gone into hyperdrive ... I guess since they made a sista an AVP, they figure they can work me to death ... (I've been affectionately dubbed .. Alien Verses Predator ... LOL)

Of course the kids are running my butt ragged... football games, dinners, homecoming, parties and planning the HUGE Sweet 16 Birthday Party for a certain someone ... you name it, they think of it ...  I guess THEY sincerely think since I got the title, I got the money ... jokes on them ... Oh Snap ... the jokes on me ... FREAK ... I'm gone have to get a 3rd job ... just the thought makes me sick to my stomach ... Sh..Shoot ... LOL...

Funny how life works ... you dream about something ... you work REALLY HARD at it ... lo' and behold you get it ... then you are not so sure you want it or that it's good for ya ... Dayumn ...

As I push up on 45, my life gets better and better ... that could be because I'm calmer, more focused, know more about myself and I accept myself ... could be because I'm more tolerant ... more appreciative of people ... could be because I have surrounded myself with some mentally stable individuals ... LOL ... ( cuz ya'll know I have my days when I'm off the chain ) .... I have the best kids, best 'best friend' and best family ...

But for whatever reason ... I'm good ... really good ... no matter what may come my way, no matter if things don't work out with the changes I want to effect in my life, no matter if my kids get on my nerves... I'm good ... really good ...

I wish this kind of peace upon everyone ... I know that there will be days when it's not so good ... when I will wish things to be different ... when I'll be frustrated because things are not moving fast enough for me ... ( that's the ADHD trait I have ... LOL ) ... but I know in my heart ... I'm good ... really good ...

So ... as I celebrate my upcoming birthday ...  ( yeah I know it's not til the end of Oct ) .. just know ... I'm good ... I will always be good ... really good ... ( if you only knew how good... LOL.. let me stop :) ... Enjoy this thing we call life ... wish a sister Happy BDay on Oct 31st ...and BE GOOD ....

Anywho ... enjoy the music .. songs always mean something ... it's just up to you to determine what ....ENJOY...
