I'm a single, goal oriented, single mom. I retire from the Marines in 2010. In Iraq until Nov 08.
There is nothing TYPICAL about me. I listen to Hip Hop, R&B, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Country, Classical and Linkin Park (those guys are good!) I love the acoustic guitar. A good weekend for me is chilling outside at a park, kayaking, hiking, or playing football/soccer/basketball with my kids or drawing, writing poetry, and reading. I can cook my butt off. I don't drink (no I don't drink...people always ask twice). I don't smoke but I slip and curse on occasions.

So if a woman came with warning signs what would mine say? WARNING!!! hmmmm I thought about this one for awhile but I guess I don't have a warning sign. Do I get moody? DAH! What woman doesn't? Is that really a bad thing as long as it's controllable? NOPE. What upsets me? LIARS! So don't lie...DAH! Do I get tired and beat down? YUP! What get's me outta my stump? A hug...seriously, it amazes me sometimes too. Do I like cooking all the time? NOPE, that's why they made peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches and ice cream hahahah. Do I cheat? Are you crazy? I'd dump u first. Do I lie? Not even about my weight...I'm 5'7 and 155!

What's my taste in men? I LOVE Black and Latinos! Physically I prefer a handsome man to be 5'10-6'2 and must be in shape. I don't feel that's asking for too much considering the amount of work I put in to keep healthy, I feel I rate to expect the same in a man. He must keep me stimulated mentally. Also, I am NOT materialistic so if you are use to having a woman take 2 hours to get ready, then I'm not her. I am a very simple woman. I can't go without lip gloss and I am known to where eyeliner and mascara on occasions. However, I'm normally outside being very active so makeup don't really fit my lifestyle. I wear shorts, jeans or sun dresses most of the time. I DANCE so it will put a hamper on things if you can't dance to salsa. That's my passion. And I attend poetry events so he should be willing to try it if he's never been. When I get back to the states, I'm gonna start going back to church. I have gotten out of the church over the last few years. I don't know what I was thinking, He's been too good to me to put Him aside like I have been doing. I'm gonna correct that to be a good example for my sons.
