I live southern california. I work full-time in healthcare. I am also a full-time mother to a handsome little boy. I can be stubborn and headstrong, but I do it with a smile. Im also goofy and playful and love to have fun.

I am more spiritual than religious. Religion make me uneasy because Im putting faith in what another person is telling me to be the truth and people lie. I like to talk about anything and everything under the sun. I despise talking about relationships too much because at the end of the day, your relationship experience depends on you and you only. Don't let one or even two spoiled apples ruin the whole bunch.

People usually like to say "this is only the internet" and try to say that they are not the same in person. Well, that's crap. Unless you're a super liar, which is cause for concern, the personality you display on the internet is you. I will allow that it may be an exaggerated version but its you. The only you can convince me that its not you, is if you are some undercover thespian who like to act in the community theaters.

Decided to add a lil poem I found. The author is unknown, but I liked this poem very much. I hope it helps answer the questions about strong black women and whatnot.

A Strong Woman vs. A Woman of Strength

A strong woman works out everyday to keep her body in shape .... but a woman of strength looks deep inside to keep her soul in shape.

A strong woman isn`t afraid of anything ... but a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of her fear.

A strong woman won`t let anyone get the best of her ... but a woman of strength gives the best of herself to everyone.

A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future ... but a woman of strength realizes life`s mistakes can also be blessings and capitalizes on them.

A strong woman walks surefootedly ... but a woman of strength knows when to ask for help.

A strong woman wears the look of confidence on her face ... but a woman of strength wears grace.

A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey ... but a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.
