Heavenly Father, I come to you as humble as I know how. I confess my sins, those known & unknown. Lord, you know I'm not perfect & I fall short everyday of my life. I just want to take time out to say thank you. Thank you for your love. Thank you for your mercy. Thank you for your Grace. Thank you for my home, car, food, family/life, and everything I do have. I realize that this life I'm living is full of trials and tribulations but thank you for not putting more on me than I can bear. I am a blessed child of YOU and have more to be thankful for than to worry about. Thank you for allowing me to go thru the storm so that I may appreciate the sunshine. Amen

I'm a simple woman with "somewhat of a" complex lifestyle. Like me but don't BE like me, be Better... I'm not perfect, I'm a social drinker, sometimes blunt, overly sarcastic, love to laugh, funny girl with a heart the size of the world!

As opposed to going into some long description, I prefer my actions to speak for me... However I am a big believer in expanding one's frame of mind; knowledge is one of the few things in life that no one can take away from you, so please feel free to hit me up, I'm all ears...

A pet peeve of mine is having my time wasted, and likewise, I don't like wasting anyone else's. I just like to be upfront, because all too often, even after letting people know how busy I am, 4 some reason they still have these self created expectations that never happen and they end up all salty. Yes, I am very much single. I AM a proud parent. I am educated, gainfully employed, and have put relationships on a back burner for the time being. It's always fun meeting new people, but like I stated, my time is stretched very thin. So why I am on BP? Because I can always get off a good laugh here. Love the characters, lol. I often come across an intelligent person here and there, & strike up good convo, but if not, it's all good. Also, there are a lot of descent blogs & pop culture articles that make for a good read in passing time.

When I have a thought or something to say that I feel like sharing, I may come thru and post it, or write a blog, but other than that, if you wanna know more just ask.

5/7/2011: Yay, finally did the BC (big chop). For Mother's Day, as a gift to myself, I felt the urge to do something different, I love my hair, but I decided "It had to go". Headed to the shop and had them chop it all off and WOW.

5/20/2011: I still like my new cut, and I can tell it has grown some but now 2weeks later, I cant wait for my hair to grow back, LOL. Good thing hair grows back, so I'll be patient, but I think i'm gonna keep it Au Natural for a while.
