I DONT IM . . . Let me first start off by saying I am NOT in search of a husband, a soulmate or life companion. I am NOT a God fearing Christian woman. I am a seeker of truth and understanding. If all your message to me says is "Hi", "How you doin", "What's up" then don't expect a reply - I like a man who can articulate and one who can express himself orally. If you can't pull this off in an introduction then I won't waste my time or yours. I could be considered a Humanist, an Herbalist, a Naturalist, even a Witch by some Christian standards. I study Ontology, Natural Theology, Universal Science, Witchcraft and EVERYTHING else. I cannot be lead blindly and abhor being misled. If you are still interested then by all means read on . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I'm a Harlem girl - born and raised on 135th St and Madison Avenue. I spent my summers here as a kid with family.People always tell me they are drawn to me and they seem to be compelled to tell me things they've never told anyone else. I have a daughter who's 20. She's home this semester. I didn't realize how much I'd missed her. I expect children to behave and to be well mannered.  I don't expect the same of the elderly - I feel they've earned the right to do and say what they like. I love to swim, travel, read, write, movies, talk. I love good food, good wine and good conversation.I'm only 5 feet tall so I like to wear really high high heels. I'm a sucker for a pretty shoe, I think I've become a collector. That makes a bit materialistic however, I don't pick my friends like I pick my shoes. My friends have depth and charachter, they are poets and entrepreneurs and musicians and free spirits and thinkers. I tend to go against the grain and kind of march to my own drummer so don't let looks deceive you. My eye may be attracted to shiny things and I do LOVE TO SHINE, but I also like a diamond in the rough, someone with hidden talents not hidden agendas. I like a man who reads and thinks beyond the sports page. If I could be doing anything at all today it would be basking in the sunshine off of some tropical island, sipping on a white wine, preferrably a German Reisling. Listening to jazz, or someone playing the acoustic guitar.Nibbling on a good cheese and cool grapes, enjoying the sunshine and the ocean breeze and doing NOTHING!That's why I'm working so very hard now - so I can eventually get to the place where I can do NOTHING but explore the world, life and get to know myself.
