Women are like apples on trees:

The BEST ones are at the top of the tree.

Most men don`t want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt.

Instead, they just get the rotten apples from the ground that aren`t as good, but easy.....

So the apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality, they`re amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to come along - the one who`s brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree.

Share this with other women who are good apples - even those who have already been picked!

And remember...Men are like a fine wine. They start out as grapes, and it`s up to women to stomp the crap out of them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with.

I am a single woman of African decendents. I am a strong person who can stand on her. I am intelligent, strong minded and have a will to be successful. I am a mother of a handsome son.

My Likes:

I like to read, travel, cook and surf the net. A few of My favorites are Dr. Frank M. Reid III, Juanita Bydum, E. Lynn Harris, Terri McMillian, Eric Jerome Dickey, BeBe Moore Campbell and many other African-American authors. My favorite books in 2003 was Restoring The House of GOD, Matters of the Heart, Never Again Once More and A Hustlers Wife just to name a few. I like to listen to music. Any kind!!! Spending time with my FAMILY and FRIENDS. Going to the movies, hanging out the mall and book store and overall just spending quality time by myself.

My Dislikes:

I dislike people that are dishonest and unfaithful.

My favorite color is Cream.

In the year to come I will lose some weight, obtain my degree in nursing, and just my life according to GOD.

A good woman is proud of herself. She respects herself and others. She is aware of who she is. She neither seeks definition from the person she is with, nor does she expect them to read her mind. She is quite capable of articulating her needs.


A good woman is hopeful. She is strong enough to make all her dreams come true. She knows love, therefore she gives love. She recognize that her love has great value and must be reciprocated. If her love is taken for granted, it soon disappears.


A good woman has a dash of inspiration, a dabble of endurance. She knows that she will, at times, have to inspire others to reach the potential GOD gave them. A good woman knows her past, understands her present and moves toward the future.


A good woman knows GOD. She knows that with GOD the world is her playground, but without GOD she will just be played. A good woman does not live in fear of the future because of her life experiences are merely lessons, meant to bring her closer to self knowledge and unconditional self love. Girl Smile.....YOU KNOW YOU HAVE IT GOING ON!.....So Keep On Keeping On.
