Life is too short to be living in negativity. Live today like it was your last, for tomorrow is not promised to anyone. Surround yourself with positive people and situations to help you grow positively and mentally. I am no expert on this, however I know that I wasted much of my life worrying about things that I had no control over and the things that I did have control over I did nothing. Remember when you stand still the world doesn't. Knowledge is power, use it wisely!
