Insecurity's eat me alive, the mere image of what I use to call flesh dissolves. As I sit and look around, the eyes grow bigger, the moon feels closer, and the stares become inevitable. I tried to consume as much acid that I could, to eliminate the threat growing within, but it left me with a hole. An empty space ready to be filled with hatred, envy, and defeat.
