Found this on a site and had to add it to my page. Morehouse College, the historically black all-male college in Atlanta, wants its students to adhere to a dress code. Morehouse President Dr. Robert M. Franklin, Jr. is implementing the code as part of his "Five Wells: well read, well spoken, well-traveled, well dressed and well balanced." The "well dressed" portion of the creed includes things like not wearing do-rags outside of residence halls, no sunglasses in class, no jeans at major programs, no pajamas outside of the dorm, no dental grills, no women's garb and my personal favorite: no sagging. "Each student must promote and portray a positive image and properly represent themselves and the college," the notice says. The changes don't seem to be too radical. Before you decide that you want to "kick it" with a female decide if she is worthy of having your child! ( Just in case) How does she take care of the child ( children) she already has... if she has any? How would she provide? How would you provide? Are you willing to go to jail for non-payment of child support? Do you care about any of this? If not you do not need children!!! ****************************** ****************************** **** Where are the grandparents ? Where are the older men? Sadly, they are trying to keep up with the young men, can chase these young girls for a couple of dollars.... You have had your turn... teach these young men how to be a man! Stay in your place... by this stage in your life you should have acquired a few things... enjoy what you have, and reminisce about the rest. I don't care what kind of pills they have out there... you can't turn back the hands of time!! ****************************** ****************************** **** You too older ladies if you have dropped by and are reading this... A lot of older women are not 1/2 the woman that their mothers were... Able to take care of the house, children, kept herself up, went to church and kept her husband clean and well -fed. They don't want to baby sit don't have time because they are going out too. Yes, grandparents should baby sit!! No they should not keep your child while you are out at the club or out trying to make another child that you don't have time for but they should spend time with their grandchildren, teach them things, take them places, and show them that you love them. Ladies you have had your turn as well... Since this is my page a I am going to use it as my little Soap Box... and if you don't agree you don't have to send your snide comments .. I don't need or want them... So here goes... Why are children suffering at the hands of those that are suppose to be protecting them? Some by the so called "Boyfriends of the children, some by the Parents or other caregivers... Children being cursed at... Beaten for the simple things, molested, and even killed... We as adults are suppose to Protect the child from Hurt, Harm and Danger... and if you are too afraid to stand up and say something... encourage that child, Pray for that child... Stand up and be a MAN or a WOMAN... and say enough is enough... ****************************** ****************************** * Where have all the real MEN and WOMEN gone? Why are they hiding in the shadows ? It's funny how people can be BAD and BOLD expect for speaking up for what's right! ****************************** ****************************** **** Well just wanted to add a little more to my page... Why do people blame other for the things that they bring upon themselves... Stop playing the race card!! Most of the time it's YOU!!! ****************************** ****************************** *** Wondering when these empty minded young males are going to pull their pants up... pull that mess out of their mouth, finish their education, and be Real Men. Wondering when these young females are going to put some clothes on, comb their hair, and stop having all these children like it is the right thing to do. When they are not willing to take care of them, It is almost 2010, if you get pregant it is because you were too lazy, or unconcerned to take care of your own body! Something you have control over! Don't handicap the child by that I mean don't limit him because of his apperance... you may not care what other people think but that teacher cares, that police officer cares that employer cares how he looks, speaks, and dresses
