Change only occurs when you finally get off your azz and do something about it! Don't bytch about your daily task and how redundant it is if you don't take some action and change your routine...
I added some old and current pics of myself.. One reason is to show you the battle I am winning with my weight loss... Diabetes opens your eyes and it took a lifestyle change physically and mentally to conquer this struggle.. My health and living longer to see what the world will have prepared for me got me off my azz.. started eating better with portion control and working out has paid off.. But to keep it real, vanity had it's little role in this.. when I started noticing the weight dropping,, I felt like I was accomplishing something for me... ya know.. so let me know what you think.. holla!.
