A moment is such a short time to enjoy eyes that are so beautiful & it's only a moment that I get to share. Time enough for one thought when our eyes meet. We occassionally speak, rarely touch, but each day we share a glance & I anticipate it with pleasure & shyness. Time slows in our moment. I feel your touch across the space between us & I spoon myself into your eyes. I search them so that I may Knowwhat other colors & images may be hiding, as long as our moment will allow. I don't know how your hands touch, but I feel them. I don't know how hot our bodies would be when pressed together, but my skin feels flush with heat. I ask your eyes what your lips would taste like & imagine your lips parting for me. I ask would we kiss the same way & I pretend I can feel your warm hand on the back of my neck, pulling me into you for that kiss. Time starts again! Our moment passes...You start to walk away.
