This is how I feel about life:
Do not undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others. It is because we are different that each of us is special.
Do not set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know what is best for you.
Do not give up when you have something to give. Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying. It is fragile thread that binds us to each other.
Do not shut love out of your life by saying it is impossible to find. The quickest way to receive love is to give love. The fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly.
Do not dismiss your dreams.
To be without dreams is to be without hope.
To be without hope is to be without purpose.
Don`t spend major time with minor people. If there are people in your life
that continually disappoint you, break promises, stomp on your dreams, too
judgmental, have different values and don`t have your back during difficult
times... A friend that could not be.
To have a friend, be a friend. Sometimes in life as you grow, your friends
will either grow or go. Surround yourself with people who reflect values,
goals, interests and lifestyle.
When I think of any of my successes, I am thankful to GOD from whom all
blessings flow, and to my family and friends that enrich my life.
Over the years my phone book has changed, as it needed too.
At first you think you`re going to be alone, but after a while new people show
up in your life that make your life so much sweeter and easier to endure.
