People malefactor, racist, liars, slanderers Violate our Privacy through of radiations of the technology of the Augmented Cognition, torture us inclusively in the nervous system, in the ganglion: nervous centers, MAKE US WRITHE IN THE BRAIN, hair loss - daily since December 2006. They are doing much depression in my daughter Karina. SINCE 13 AUGUST 2010, are doing bleeding in my daughter extracting the endometrium, even using injectable contraceptive to not menstruate. she is wither, being murdered. She is young, healthy and have the right to live normally, be happy!

I worked in the Brazilian Army of 1976 the 2002, where I pensioner (civil servant ). There I suffered persecution in the 3ª Subchefia of STAFF OF THE ARMY-QGEX- (Army Headquarters)- Military Sector Urbano - Brasília-DF, to have participated in the strike movement in 1988, was punished with six days of suspension, which was canceled by labor justice. In 1999, I had medical licenses annulled criminally in investigation with false accusation of failure to work by General of the Military Command of the Planalto/11ª RM-Ministry of Brazilian Defense-Army.

We´re aware that are connected by Brazilian Army: Technological Center-CTEX, Center of Communication and Electronic War of Army-CCOMGEX (antique CIGE) since 1989, also by Internet Data Center-IDC-Brazil.

Radiations of technology Augmented Cognition (electromagnetic, Infrared, Psychotronic Waves) monitoring, torture, madden and has the same destructive power of nuclear bomb: burn, cut, hemorrhages, and SIMULATE DISEASES: schizophrenia, craziness, fever, influenza, savage fire, H1N1 ... We´re with much burns by body. They make diseases - aneurysms, NEURASTHENIA, infections, pneumonia, heart attack, dehydration, stress (the stress get old and kill the cell); also provoke desires and vices as prostitution, alcoholism, smoking, and kill. They know our thoughts, they manipulate our emotional. They want automate us! Therefore this crime is hideous, racism, we are human guinea-pig, we are being assassinated slowly! The Brazilian Federal Government macula the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil, conspiracy, COWARDICE!!!

We ask help of President Barack Obama for he interfere at Brazilian Government to rid us of these tortures. We don´t stand more such cruelty, such agony! WE ARE WITH DEATH RISK!
